Notice of Determination of Non-Significance General Sewer Plan: The City of Othello issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the proposed adoption of a General Sewer Plan to evaluate the existing sewer collection and treatment systems, help identify future needs, and help guide the City to best meet those needs in an efficient and economical manner.
