Notice of Application and Public Hearing: April 26, 2024. Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit application was received by Grant County on March 14, 2024, from Ramsay Signs ( Designated Contact Person: Brian Brosman, 5209 122nd Street E, Tacoma, WA ) was found to be technically complete on April 16, 2024. DESCRIPTION: A Conditional Use Permit proposing the construction of a single-sided LED illuminated sign located on an 8-inch diameter single pole.
