Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Laguna Drive for a report of a car prowling in which a purse was stolen the night before. By the time the report was made, a credit card that had been inside the purse had been used at two convenience stores.

Officers responded to the East Yonezawa Boulevard-Division Street roundabout for a report that one of the yield signs had been struck and knocked over.

Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a suspect that stole items and then assaulted an employee in an attempt to flee the store.

Officers responded to the 600 block of South Division Street for a report of a car prowling in which a Ryobi tool set, a stepladder and a scraper were taken from the vehicle. Two used needles and other miscellaneous items were left inside the car.

Officers responded to Safeway for a report of a male suspect who grabbed a female by the arm as she walked out of the store.

Officers responded to Safeway for a report of a used needle found at this location. Police discarded the needle.

Officers responded to the Quality Inn for a report of an underage drinking party at which one adult was present and found to be in possession of a firearm while having three prior felony convictions. Due to restrictions during the pandemic the county jail could not accept the suspect, who was released from custody with charges pending.

Julio Cesar Munoz, 29, of Quincy, was booked on an out-of-state warrant for unspecified charges.

David Chapman Sanders, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and possession, delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance.

Bill Dell Owensby, 57, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault and third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

May 9

Mauricio Molina Ruiz, 32, of Royal City, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Daniel Alejandro Lopez, 24, of Mattawa, was booked on charges of felony harassment.

Richard Alan Lambert, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding warrants related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Alicia Nohemi Velazquez, 32, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of second-degree robbery.
