Notice of Application - Date of Notice: March 13, 2020 Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a SEPA checklist from Hadley Properties -Terry Mulberg (Designated Contact: The Blueline Group, Todd Oberg, 25 Central Way, Suite 400, Kirkland, WA 98033) and determined the application to be technically complete on March 10, 2020. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. DESCRIPTION: The project is a grading permit for the construction of a pond to be used for the flow test of the new well on site. After the flow test is complete, the pond will remain and be used for storm water control. The proposed work area is approximately 5 acres of the 40 acre site. This area includes the pond excavation, stockpiling area, and staging area. Earthwork will consist of excavation for the pond which results in approximately 15,050 cubic yards of cut that will remain on site for future grading for the planned PUD. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Grading Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: Geotechnical Report, Cultural Resource Survey and Traffic Impact Assessment.
