STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That Jill Pearce, Grove Terrace MHP Two LLC of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the purpose of use and add two points of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 97-A. That Ground Water Certificate No. 97-A authorizes the withdrawal of 125 gallons per minute, 60 acre-feet per year, for the irrigation of ten acres and domestic supply.
