ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS POPLAR STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT City of Royal City 445 Camelia Street NE Royal City, Washington 99357 The City of Royal City, Washington (herein called the "Owner"), invites bids for the Poplar Street Rehabilitation Project. The work includes reconstructing Poplar Street from Beech Avenue NE to Apple Avenue NE with approximately 580 cubic yards of crushed surfacing and 420 tons of hot mix asphalt, together with all other work as specified in the Contract Documents. Sealed bids for the described project will be received by the City of Royal City, City Hall at 445 Camelia Street NE, Royal City, Washington, 99357, until 2:00 p.m., local time, August 12, 2020, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. The contract time for all work shall be 20 working days. The Owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed requirements, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
