June 3

Officers responded to the 4200 block of Hedman Court Northeast for a report of a neighbor who got into her vehicle and struck her neighbor because she was frustrated about their fireworks. An off-duty police officer intervened and detained the suspect until on-duty units arrived.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of South Division Street for a report of a car window that was shattered by either a spark plug or a large firecracker. The victim reported seeing a white vehicle speeding out of the area after hearing the window break.

June 4

Officers responded to Home Depot for a report of a Freightliner truck that had been prowled overnight, in which a DeWalt tool bag was stolen.

Officers responded to the 900 block of Apple Lane for a report of a woman sleeping on the roof of a business. The woman was advised that she was trespassing and was being trespassed from the business for life before being released.

Officers responded to Ross for a report of a man who displayed a handgun in his waistband during an argument with another customer. Suspect was gone before law enforcement arrived.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a stolen vehicle recovered at this location.

Officers responded to the 300 block of South Pioneer Way for a report of items stolen from a hotel room.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of Division Street for a report of a man being extorted by an unknown caller who said the victim had been videotaped doing inappropriate things.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Division Street for a report of a vehicle’s rear window that had been shattered by a small thrown object.

Officers responded to the 8600 block of Charles Road Northeast for a report of a physical domestic violence in which the suspect struck a woman in the face several times and fled in an unknown direction.

June 5

Officers responded to the 400 block of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a man advising he hadn’t taken his medication and was contemplating hurting himself. Police contacted the man before he was transported to Samaritan for an evaluation.

Officers responded to the 800 block of South Wilder Street for a report of a man who had threatened to kill his wife, who was moving out of their shared residence, as well as her family. While the victim reported they did not feel the threats were serious, she was offered a brochure for New Hope.

Officers responded to the area of North Stratford Road and West Mart Road for a report of a dog at large swimming in the lake. Police reunited the dog with its owners.

Officers responded to the Half Sun Travel Plaza for a report of a man who used counterfeit bills to pay for his items. When confronted, the man grew irate and paid for the items with a card, but was upset that the cashier did not return his money.

Officers responded to the area of the 4100 block of West Lakeshore Drive for a report of a stolen boat located caught on the reels of the lake. Police recovered the boat from the lake.

Officers responded to Samaritan Hospital for a report of drug paraphernalia located in a patient’s room.

Officers responded to the 2600 block of West Texas Street for a report of a driver of a black pickup truck with chrome rims driving by while holding a handgun out the window pointed at the road.

Dahndre Westwood, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked on a transport order for a court hearing.

Travis James Fiscus, 32, of Yakima, was booked on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.

Olajide Adel Fletcher, 30, of Moses Lake, was booked on a transport order for resentencing.

June 4

Joseph John Puyu, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Armando Guedimin, 44, of Pearl River, was booked on charges of fourth-degree assault and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Tanner Matthynssens, 26, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of second-degree malicious mischief and fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Monica Jackson, 23, of Coulee Dam, was arrested on unspecified charges and released due to booking restrictions.

June 5

Christopher Quinto Harris, 26, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Antonio Gonzalez Martinez, 29, of Warden, was booked on charges of violating a no contact order.

Sean David Lee Whisenhunt, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to attempting to elude a police vehicle.

Homero Chavez, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree domestic violence assault and domestic violence harassment.

Angel Vazquez Santacruz, 20, of Quincy, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.
