Betty Wilson

Betty J. Wilson, 96, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020. She moved to Moses Lake in 1951 and wintered in Yuma, Arizona for 20 years after retirement. She had resided for the past three years at Brookdale Hearthstone.

Betty considered her most important role was loving wife and mother. She also worked at the Moses Lake Doctors Clinic and Fultz Drug Store. She served in the Navy during World War II.

Betty is survived by her three children Susan Wilson of San Mateo, California, Jack Wilson and his wife Lynne of Moses Lake and Jeanne Chamberlin and her husband Bill of Gainesville, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Harvey A. (Jack) Wilson.

Her children are hosting a celebration of her life with a reception on Friday, Feb. 14, at 4 p.m. at Brookdale Hearthstone, 905 S. Pioneer Way.
