STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES TAKE NOTICE: That Orman Johnson, Johnson-Reaugh, LLC of Othello, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to transfer a portion of the place of use as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-20034C and G3-24292C. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-20034C authorizes the withdrawal of 1000 gallons per minute, 1282 acre-feet per year, from March 1 to November 15, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 860 acres. That Ground Water Certificate No. G3-24292C authorized the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 1290 acre-feet per year, from March 1 to November 15, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 880 acres. The total under both rights is limited to 880 acres. That the authorized points of withdrawal are from seven wells within: Well 1) NW1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 24, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Well 2) NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 19, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Well 3) SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 21, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Well 4) NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 30, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Well 5) SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 6, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Well 6) SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 7, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Well 7) SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 8, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use for both rights is the SE1/4 of Section 24, T. 15 N., R. 30 E.W.M., lying easterly of the East Low Canal and the SW1/4 of Section 17, Section 19 and the NW1/4 of Section 21, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M. That he proposes to change a portion of the place of use from the W1/2 of Section 19 to the S1/2 of Section 21 and the SE1/4 of Section 26, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M. and the S1/2N1/2 of Section 24, T. 15 N., R. 30 E.W.M. The remaining portion of the right will remain unchanged. All within Adams County, Washington.
