1 arrested in Othello drug investigation

OTHELLO — One person is in custody in connection with an extensive drug investigation in Othello.

Othello Police Department officers concluded the extensive investigation on June 14. The OPD says the investigation resulted in the arrest of Michael Colley, 34, of Othello, in the 400 block of South 14th Avenue without incident after the serving of a search warrant at the location. The vehicle he was reportedly driving was seized by police and searched after police obtained an additional search warrant.

Colley was booked into the Adams County Jail for possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Suboxone.

“Narcotic investigations such as these can be complex. Additional arrests are pending,” stated the OPD in a news release.
