MOSES LAKE - School will go on as planned at Chief Moses Middle School tomorrow after an anonymous tip regarding a safety concern at the school was received by the Moses Lake School District Sunday night.

On his Facebook page MLSD Superintendent Josh Meek confirmed the district was made aware of the “safety concern” Sunday night. The Moses Lake Police Department was contacted and police are investigating the nature of the cause for concern. Details about the safety concern were not released Sunday night.

“Moses Lake District is committed to the safety and education of all our students. We will keep you informed as we receive additional updates from law enforcement,” Meek wrote.

Meek said school will go on tomorrow as planned at Chief Moses and Camp 5.
