Port of Othello Request for Statement of Qualifications Professional Services Consultant Roster The Port of Othello is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to establish a professional services consultant roster for the 2019-2021 calendar years. The Port is preparing for projected needs for professional services over the next two years. Needs are anticipatied in, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1) water and wastewater systems; 2) storm water systems and needed adjustments/maintenance to existing collection facilities; 3) flood control; 4) roads and bridges; 5) sidwalks; 6) civil engineering; 7) environmental engineering; 8) architecture services; 9) landscape architecture services; 10) archaeological investigations, reports and monitoring; 11) telecommunications infrastructure design and construction; 12) accounting; 13) developing financing/funding applications for projects; and 14) strategic/master planning facilitation. The Statement of Qualifications should address the firm's qualifications and experience in the appropriate service area(s). Interested professional firms should submit resumes of key personnel, representative project experience, and references with their statements of qualifications.
