PORT OF MOSES LAKE NOTICE OF BID Pavement Replacement and Repair; Concrete Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Slurry Seal Port of Moses Lake Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Unit Price Pavement Replacement and Repair; Concrete Hot Mix Asphalt HMA and Slurry Seal for the Port of Moses Lake will be received at the 7810 Andrews St N.E. Ste. 200, Moses Lake, WA 98337 until 2:00 p.m., August 22, 2019. The official time shall be taken from the designated clock at the Ports Commission Chambers. RFQ - Port of Moses Lake Seeking Appraisal support for the "Westside Employment Center and Land Lease Rate Study" The Port of Moses Lake (Port) is seeking qualified candidates to assist in land appraisals for the Westside Employment Center (WEC). The WEC is comprised of twenty-three (23) different parcels and encompassing over two thousand (2,000) acres. Lands within the WEC will be subject to a Local Improvement District (LID), so extensive experience with the assessment of lands pre and post improvements is desired. The Port is also looking for assistance in quantifying market rates for leasable bare ground. Qualified candidates will have the MAI designation and experience in preparing appraisals with eminent domain proceedings including acquisition of right of way for public utility and road corridors, as well as valuation principals for eminent domain under both Washington State and Federal guidelines. Applicants should also have experience with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA).
