Gary Faron Davidson

Gary Faron Davidson passed away at his home in Soap Lake, Wash., and was found on April 18, 2018. He was 67 years old.

Gary served in the U.S. Army, doing a tour in Vietnam, where he was awarded a Bronze Star medal for meritorious service in a combat zone. He was proud to be a Vietnam veteran.

After discharge from the army, Gary attended Big Bend Community College, where he received his pilot’s license.

Gary is survived by his mother Hallie (née Mortensen), daughter Denice, son Benjamin “Miles” and grandson Cooper. He is also survived by six brothers and sisters: Susan, Lanny, Colette, Dorothy, Lottie and Warren. He is preceded in death by his father Faron L. Davidson and sisters Jane and Alta.

Gary especially enjoyed fishing, gold mining and numerous other outdoor activities.

A graveside burial will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Connell, Wash. on April 28 at 12 noon with Pastor Stephen Sears officiating.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 3 p.m. at Lions Park in Ephrata, Wash.
