Nominations sought for community awards
OTHELLO — With the annual Greater Othello Chamber Awards Banquet and Raffle scheduled for Feb. 24, residents are encouraged to continue submitting nominations.
Four awards are given out each year, including Civil Servant, Citizen, Teacher and Business of the Year.
“We encourage the public to nominate who they think is deserving,” said Bianca Mendoza, Chamber Manager.
To make a nomination, visit www.chamberofothello.org, or stop by the chamber office at 33 E. Larch St. Deadline for submissions is Feb. 10.
