Nov. 18

Report of theft from a residence in the 500 block of South Canterbury Lane. Victim said a laptop computer was stolen sometime overnight.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 500 block of South Battery Road. Victim said suspect took a radar detector and speedometer calibrating tool from the vehicle. No estimate of value.

Report of vehicle prowl in the parking lot of a business at 980 West Central Dr. A 43-year-old woman was seen trying doors on parked vehicles. She was arrested and booked for vehicle prowling.

Report of vehicle accident in the 1600 block of East Wheeler Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was making a left turn onto Wheeler and didn't see vehicle 2 passing a truck turning right. Vehicle 2 hit the left side of vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 2 was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for second-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) after an alleged domestic dispute and a short foot pursuit.

Report of theft in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive. Victim said the license plate was stolen from her vehicle sometime overnight.

Report of theft in the 800 block of South Sycamore Lane. Reporting party, caring for a neighbor's house, said the neighbor's license plate was stolen from the car.

A 24-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of theft in the 200 block of North Crestview Drive. Victim said he was attempting to sell a set of wheels and tires online; a friend saw them on a car and called to ask about the sale. The victim hadn't sold them, went to investigate and found they had been stolen. Wheels were tinted a special color by the owner and are unique. Estimated value is $500.

Report of possible theft in the 2200 block of South Maiers Road. Suspect visited victim, and when subject left, victim allegedly was missing $100.

Report of theft at a residence in the 1700 block of West Lee Street. Victim said someone broke into his house sometime between 5:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and stole several firearms. They were described as a Sile Arms 12 gauge over-under shotgun with a dark wood stock and missing foregrip, a Freedom Arms five-shot belt buckle revolver, a .357 Magnum Ruger pistol with rubber grips in brown leather holster.

A 25-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct (domestic violence) after an alleged domestic dispute.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nov. 19

A 19-year-old woman was cited for DUI. Her vehicle was towed.

Report of a fight between multiple subjects outside a business at 302 W. Broadway Ave. During the incident a 34-year-old man pulled out a pistol and waved it in the air; he was arrested for criminal mischief with a weapon. A 46-year-old woman, 32-year-old man and 32-year-old woman, 28-year-old woman, 27-year-old woman and 26-year-old woman were cited for criminal mischief.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for DUI, driving without ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of theft in the 1300 block of East Megan Drive. Victim's truck had been broken into overnight and a tool bag stolen, with cordless drill, battery charger and batteries, a cordless stereo and electric drill also were stolen. The tool bag and contents were found at the residence next door.

Report of attempted blackmail in the 1100 block of South Bobbi Street. Victim said suspect, an unidentified woman, had a conversation with him on social media, then demanded money not to post it on social media.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for negligent driving.

A 28-year-old man was cited for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

Report of attempted theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect allegedly attempted to scan two items at the same time.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of suspicious subject in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way. Police located a 36-year-man who fled on foot then attempted to hide in the reeds. He was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and cited for driving without headlights and driving without a valid driver's license.

Nov. 20

A 55-year-old woman was arrested for DUI.

A 18-year-old man was arrested for MIP and resisting arrest.

Report of a disturbance at a business at 117 W. Third Ave. Victim was sitting at a table listening to music, and was attacked by unknown suspects who had been sitting nearby. The suspects left after a physical altercation with employees.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding DOC warrant.

Report of vehicle hit while it was left in a parking lot overnight at a business at 165 North Stratford Rd.

A 39-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Franklin County warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Report of a burglary at a residence in the 1000 block of West Bruce Street.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 700 block of West Sage Bay Drive. Victim said suspects cut her passenger side rear tire sometime between Nov. 4 and 7. Damage was estimated at $200.

Report of package taken from a mailbox in the 2700 block of West Texas Street.

Report of window broken on a vehicle parked at a business at 1117 S. Pioneer Way. Victim works at the business and said a witness came inside and said an unidentified man was breaking windows on parked cars.

Report of a rock thrown through a window sometime between 1:30 and 5:30 a.m. at residence in the 2000 block of West Broadway Avenue.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A man reported that his truck was broken into, and the stereo was taken and the interior of the truck was destroyed.

A man reported that a female subject had stolen has car and was last seen heading toward Grand Coulee.

A female complainant reported that her ex-boyfriend, against whom she had a restraining order, had texted her that someone was going to beat him until she arrived.

A motorcycle was reportedly stolen overnight.

A woman reported that two subjects had assaulted her on her property.

A man reported that his ex slammed him into a door.

A woman reported that her daughter was being beaten by her husband.

A man reported that his neighbor had damaged his fence.

A man reported that his house had been broken into.

Nov. 20

A man reported that his neighbors were driving across his lawn and damaging it.

A truck was reported stolen.

A suspicious older male was reported watching kids at a park.

A man reported that his neighbor was trying to repossess a truck that the complainant had bought from the neighbor.

A man reported that hunters on his property were refusing to leave and were now yelling and fighting.

A business reported a male subject in the parking lot hitting vehicle windows with a baseball bat.

Darwin Overby, 44, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for a Washington Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation, a Grant County District Court warrant for obstructing a law enforcement officer and third-degree driving with a suspended license, two Lewis County warrants for making false statements to law enforcement, and two Kootenai County, Idaho warrants for probation violation.

Nov. 18

Jose Delarosa, 20, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree malicious mischief, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), obstructing a law enforcement officer, and GCDC commitments for use of a firearm by a minor and possession of controlled substances.

Daniel Harrett, 27, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Willie Arredondo, 55, Yakima, turned himself in on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for second-degree burglary.

Paloma Dominguez, 23, Warden, turned herself in on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Armando Valencia, 36, Moses Lake, turned himself in on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Ricardo Cervantes, 22, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Aaron, 25, Moses Lake, was booked for disorderly conduct (domestic violence).

Jacob Morris, 20, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.

Slade Fortner, 23, Royal City, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Thomas Morris, 25, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Brittany Butterly, 33, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Benjamin Keller, 33, Moses Lake, was booked for three outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jonathan Randall, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Mario Coria, 20, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for disorderly conduct and obstructing law enforcement.

Marilou Martinez, 27, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Randall Johnson, 38, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for negligent driving.

Omar Flores, 46, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for unlawful harboring of a minor.

Sergio Moreno, Jr., 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Franklin County warrant for second-degree possession of stolen property.

Jose Avalos, 30, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Roger Hinshaw, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.
