BUILDING REMEDIATION, REPAIRS, AND IMPROVEMENTS

Family Services of Grant County seeks qualified bidders to complete remediation of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds, cleaning of the building and contents for settled dust and excess glass fiber, and design and installation of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system(s) to serve the Ephrata Head Start building located at 246 8th Avenue Southwest in Ephrata, Washington.

Family Services of Grant County seeks qualified bidders to complete remediation of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds, cleaning of the building and contents for settled dust and excess glass fiber, and design and installation of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system(s) to serve the Ephrata Head Start building located at 246 8th Avenue Southwest in Ephrata, Washington. HVAC system design, installation and commissioning shall be completed as specified in ASHRAE 62.1-2013 and in compliance with all local state, and federal building codes. The project is a design-build project. The Contractor shall provide project engineering and architecture.

Federal funding will be used for this project and Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with Davis Bacon and Washington State Prevailing Wage requirements. Bid security is required.

Interested contractors are invited to a bid-walk to be held at the Ephrata Head Start building at 1:00 pm on October 20, 2015. Bids will be due at 3:00 pm prevailing local time on October 28, 2015, at Family Services of Grant County's Main Office located at 1402 East Craig Avenue in Moses Lake, Washington. Family Services of Grant County reserves the right to reject bids that are late, found to be incomplete, or otherwise are not in the best interest of the agency.
