Royal irrigation dealer wins award

ROYAL CITY - Desert Rain Irrigation was recognized for a successful marketing year by its manufacturing company at its annual convention in October.
Desert Rain received the "Gold Pride" award, the highest given by the company, Reinke Manufacturing. The company manufactures center pivot and lateral irrigation systems.
Desert Rain was one of 118 dealerships to receive the company's gold, silver or bronze awards. "The convention awards ceremony recognizes select Reinke dealerships for their hard work and dedication to sales and marketing throughout the past year," according a press release issued by the company.
The awards are part of an incentive program, based on market share, merchandising, promotion and event participation, the dealer's interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance, indoor and outdoor displays, safety and retail environment.
"We appreciate their ongoing commitment to Reinke and to their community. We are proud to have them as a dealer," Tim Goldhammer, Reinke vice president of marketing, said.
The awards were given during the annual convention for U.S. and Canadian dealers. Desert Rain is one of three Reinke dealers in Washington, with four locations including Warden.
