Fishin' Magician: Rufus Woods and Bridgeport

This is the time of year when many anglers plan trips to fish Rufus Woods Reservoir for triploid rainbow. This should be a good winter season, after the huge release of fish earlier this year. I have been getting good reports from Anton Jones, at Darrell and Dads Family Guide Service, along with photos of limit catches of fat triploids taken near the net pens.

I am also hearing of good catches from shore at the lower end of the reservoir from the folks at Grizzly's Bait and Tackle in Bridgeport. I hope to get up there soon and try it myself. I am catching a lot of nice triploids below Chief Joseph Dam while fishing for steelhead.
