Bret Erickson

| October 9, 2006 9:00 PM

Beloved son Bret Leland Erickson, born Nov. 16, 1986 in Moses Lake, passed away Oct. 3, 2006 due to an automobile accident. He graduated from Columbia Basin Secondary School June 2006 where he developed many close relationships with friends and staff. Bret enjoyed hunting with his dad and his friends and loved to fish. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles.

We were very blessed to have Bret for 19 years. He added a lot of joy to our lives. His family and friends were very important to him. The neighbors will miss his friendly wave and smile. But most important, he came to know Christ as his Savior in 2001 and was learning to trust and depend on him. We know he is now in the loving arms of Jesus, along with his best friend, Chris Bramlet, who also passed away in the accident.

He is survived by his parents Joe and MaryKay Erickson, his grandparents Frank and Gloria Mulvey of Palm Desert, Calif.; uncles and aunts: Russell and Nancy Erickson of Spokane, Leland and Lisa Haas of Arkansas; Terry and Geraldine Edwards of Clements, Calif.; cousins and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at the Columbia Basin Secondary School on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. at 7942 Randolph Road NE, in Moses Lake. Pastor Andy Grener of First Baptist Church officiating.
