Moses Lake Police Department

Sept. 9

Police responded to the 1000 block of Cascade Avenue for a report that a handbag filled with prescription pills had gone missing from the back of a truck.

Police responded to Moses Lake High School for a report of a juvenile female who assaulted another juvenile female before a teacher broke it up.

Police responded to the 300 block of North Grape Drive after a respondent called to notify them that Census Bureau representatives were going door to door. Officers were unable to locate.

Police responded to the area of Randolph Road Northeast and Patton Boulevard Northeast for a report of a large amount of gravel spilled in the roadway, requiring cleanup from city staff.

Police responded to Frontier Middle School for a report of a fight between students in the courtyard of the school after lunch. Students were cited for disturbing school, school activities or meetings and released to their parents.

Police responded to the 500 block of West Valley Road for a report that two female students walking home from a bus stop were followed by two adult males in a four-door black car.

Sept. 10

Police responded to Longview Elementary for a report that a school bus crashed into a parked car.

Police responded to the 2200 block of West Broadway Avenue in response to a court order to remove guns from a household due to mental health concerns. Sixteen firearms and a concealed pistol license were surrendered and logged for safekeeping for the duration of the order.

Police responded to Endeavor Middle School for a report of two juveniles fighting in the locker room.

Police responded to 900 E. Broadway Ave. for a report of a firearm that had been left in a U-Haul vehicle. Officers learned that the gun's owner was a convicted felon, and called him, posing as a U-Haul employee. Suspect reportedly admitted to owning the gun, and was arrested when he arrived to retrieve it.

Sept. 8

Maksim Avdeyuk, 31, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance.

Courtney Ann Wilkins, 25, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to possession of a stolen vehicle.

Joshua Lawrence Hector, 30, of Ephrata was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

Octavio Villa Mendoza, 45, of Royal City was booked on charges of alien in unlawful possession of a firearm.

Sept. 9

Juan Gabriel Zamora, 39, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Andy Garza, 41, of Soap Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

Kristopher Steven Combs, 27, of Ephrata was booked for an outstanding warrant related to failure to appear for a review/contempt hearing.

Marcus Alan Lamere, 27, of Moses Lake was booked for outstanding warrants related to third-degree theft and stolen property, second attempt.

David Cantu, 28, of Warden was booked for an outstanding warrant related to probation violation.

Jonathan Dale Moser, 36, of Soap Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree rape of a child.

Kenneth Randall Minderd, 51, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

Dontae Favors, 20, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of domestic violence violation of a no contact order and possession of a controlled substance.

Joshua David Main, 36, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Samuel Madrigal Santana, 28, of Wenatchee was booked for an outstanding warrant related to first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and giving false statements to police.

Sept. 10

Peter Ivan Flores, 26, of Soap Lake was booked on charges of residential burglary.

Madison Freedom Thomas, 21, was booked for an outstanding warrant related to first-degree criminal trespass and domestic violence violation of a no contact order.

Jonathan Joseph Matte, 22, of Camano Island was booked for an outstanding warrant related to stalking.

Randall James Stratton, 47, of Malott was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Carlos James Lyons, 38, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Destiny Michelle Brown, 36, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Jed Michael Ches Robinson, 39, of Soap Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

James Robert Hubbard, 41, of Soap Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

Teodoro Moncada, 47, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

Kadin Nathaniel Lee Rowin, 22, of Moses Lake was booked on a three day confinement order.

Luis Antonio Martinez, 25, of Moses Lake was booked for an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

David Lee Walker, 33, of Yakima was booked for an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

Deanna Rene Castro, 23, of Soap Lake was booked for outstanding warrants related to fourth-degree domestic violence assault, third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief, violation of a no contact order, disorderly conduct, and third-degree malicious mischief.
