Moses Lake Police Department

Aug. 2

Police responded to the 3000 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a domestic violence assault. Autumn Tidwell was arrested for reportedly striking a victim after an argument about texts.

Police responded to the 500 block of North Dune Road for a report of a man who shot himself in the left hand while disassembling a 9mm Smith and Wesson firearm. Police checked the residence and found no evidence of a crime.

Police stopped a juvenile driver on the 400 block of South Balsam Street because their head lamps were not on. The juvenile driver was also cited for driving during night hours on a restricted license and for possessing marijuana under the age of 21.

Police responded to the 2000 block of South Stirling Avenue for a report of a lost brown short-haired pointer. The dog was taken to the shelter.

Police responded to the area of East Hill Avenue and South Juniper Drive for a report of a man who had spent too much time in a business’ bathroom.

Police responded to the area of 200 block of West Northshore Drive for a report of a man screaming in his backyard. Officers advised the subject to yell indoors or in a pillow.

Police responded to the 100 block of West Chuckie Lane for a report of a residential burglary. The respondent advised that their door had been locked without a deadbolt and that the suspect likely defeated the door knob latch.

Police responded to the area of West Broadway Avenue and West Third Avenue for a report of passengers of a teal pickup truck sitting in the bed of the truck throwing full beer cans and a crowbar at the windshield of a car behind them. No suspects were found.

Police responded to the Surf ’n Slide Water Park for a report of a male harassing female lifeguards and touching them inappropriately. Suspect was identified by his friends, who cooperated with police. The victim declined to press charges but asked for the man to be trespassed.

Police responded to the 600 block of South Balsam Street for a report of a subject who felt that their neighbor had set up chairs outside to watch her. Officers advised that the neighbor having chairs on his porch did not imply he set them there to surveil the subject.

Aug. 3

Police responded to the Paul Lauzier Memorial Athletic Park for a report of a man yelling at the moon.

Police responded to the 1100 block of East Grand Drive for a report of a suspect who broke two windows on his ex-girlfriend’s car, hauled a new mattress into the backyard and set it on fire, then threw items including a dresser and computer into the front yard, breaking them.

Police responded to the 9800 block of Parkway Drive Northeast for a report of a suspect who punched a victim in the face and the back of the head. Alejandro Avendano was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

Police impounded a red Irish Setter mix from the 200 block of West Third Avenue and transported the dog to the animal shelter.

Police responded to Moses Lake High School for a report of two students that assaulted another in front of the school. Parents declined to press charges.

Police removed a dead cat from the sidewalk in the area of West Broadway Avenue and South Division Street.

Police removed a dead cat from the roadway in the area of South Gibby Road and West Broadway Avenue.

Aug. 3

Shaun Michael Cockrill, 32, of Renton was booked on an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

Reed L. Duvall, 56, was booked on outstanding warrants related to fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief, driving while under the influence, third-degree theft, telephone harassment.

Monica Ellen Gonzales, 31, of Moses Lake was booked on outstanding warrants related to third-degree theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Andre Pierre Picard, 63, of Elmer City was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of a domestic protection order.

Brandon Casey Pries, 36, of Soap Lake was booked on an outstanding warrant related to failure to register as a sex offender.

Benjamin Allen Wolley, 45, of Soap Lake was booked on an outstanding warrant related to mail theft.

Amadi Arnett Shaw, 32, of Kennewick was booked on an outstanding warrant related to obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Enrique Mendez Valencia, 33, of Quincy was booked on an outstanding warrant related to domestic violence unlawful imprisonment and harassment.

Alan Joseph Tosoni, 28, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of second-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Scott Joseph Paul, 41, of Moses Lake was booked on outstanding warrants related to third-degree malicious mischief and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Amber Lynn Mitchell, 28, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, and on outstanding warrants related to driving while under the influence and disorderly conduct.

Alejandro Avendano, 19, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Schyler B. Beatty, 20, of Kennewick was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Jared Matthew Limbaugh, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

Aug. 4

Alexander Lewis Wiltfong, 29, of Soap Lake was booked on an outstanding Department of Corrections Secretary’s warrant.

Francisco Jesus Romero, 31, of Moses Lake was booked on charges of second-degree robbery.

Brian Michael Cuevas, 44, of Ephrata was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of the uniform controlled substance act, third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance.
