James “Jim” Lee Florez, born Aug. 3, 1946 to Doris E. Rager and David Don Fischer in Wichita, Kansas, passed away Feb. 25, 2018 at his home in Moses Lake, Wash.

He is survived by Sharon D. Braybrooks, spouse of 21 years; Nicholla Burnham, daughter, Brian Burnham, grandson; Sarah Burnham Magaña, granddaughter; Jonah Burnham, grandson; Michael James Magaña, great-grandson; Jack Florez, brother and Janet Schaible, sister.

Jim and Sharon moved to Moses Lake from Quail Valley, Calif. in 2007 when he retired as an aerospace engineer. Jim was active in the community and a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. Arrangements are in care of Pioneer Memorial Services, Moses Lake.
