Olivia was born on July 3, 1946 in General Teran, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, daughter of the late Guadalupe and Celestina Betancourt. They lived between Warden and Texas until 1986 when they purchased their home in Warden.

Olivia was a loving and compassionate person. She was hardworking and took pride in her 30-plus years as an employee of Washington Potato. She found joy in caring for her three chihuahuas and planting flowers. She was a member of the Warden Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her eight children and spouses Jaime Pruneda, Zenaido Jr. and Elisa Pruneda, Alex and Maria Pruneda, Adrian Pruneda, Guadalupe Pruneda, Juan and Tara Pruneda, Cynthia and Roel Ozuna and Rebecca and Nathan Wurzer; 18 grandchildren Alisha, Angela, Frankie, Karina, Zenaido III, Kiana, Cruz, Alexis, Andrea, Adrian Jr., Marco Antonio, Avree, Ozzy, Genesis and the twins Brooklyn and Raylynn, John Alton and Tyson, and great-granddaughter Athena.
