Notice of Application & Public Hearing May 11, 2020 Notice is hereby given that a Subdivision Application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on April 22, 2020 from Monument Hill LLC (Designated Contact: Nick Tommer P.O. PROJECT: Rehabilitation of the Beverly Bridge preserving the historical character as a railroad bridge to create a non-motorized crossing for hikers, bikers, and equestrian travelers. The bridge is approximately 3200 feet across, the existing relict railroad ties will be replaced with a platform constructed of pre-cast concrete slabs. New handrails will be installed on both sides. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Grant County Building Permit. SEPA is being conducted by Washington State Parks and Recreation. STUDIES REQUIRED: Cultural Resource Study.
