Notice of Application - Date of Notice: May 11, 2020 - Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on May 1, 2020 from Anatoly Gushchin (Designated Contact: Michelle Kamstra, Grant County Surveying, PO Box 906, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on May 1, 2020. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel totaling approximately 5.72 acres to create four (4) lots. Lot 1 will be 1.35 acres, Lot 2 will be 1.08 acres and Lot 3 will be 1.08 acres all of which are currently vacant.
