February 26, 1952 – March 12, 2020

On the evening of March 12, 2020, in the peacefulness of his home, Steve finished his fight with cancer. He left this world behind and beheld the face of God; he touched our Savior’s hand and was reunited with his parents Charles Rex Fesler and Lola Walters, as well as his brother Robert C. Dale.

Steve was born in Seattle on Feb. 26, 1952. He has been a resident of the Columbia Basin since he was 17 when his parents and sister, Jerri Parham, moved to Soap Lake. In 1976 he and Connie were married in Moses Lake and have made it their home. Steve worked many jobs but retired after over 30 years from Central Washington Concrete in August of 2018.

He will be missed by his wife Connie, daughter Autumn and granddaughters Abbey, Lucy and Stephanie as well as two great-granddaughters Aurora and Camila, his extended family and friends. Steve was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa; he held these positions with honor and integrity. He was a believer and did not hide his love for Jesus. Now his pain is over and he is living in his true home.

Due to COVID-19 and the fact that Steve hated funerals, we are choosing not to gather at this time.

Instead this summer when the world is celebrating normal living again, we’ll be having a barbecue to celebrate Steve’s life. Although he hated funerals, this dear man loved a good barbecue!
