ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Town of Lind Cemetery Water Line Sealed bids will be received at Lind Town Hall, 1161/2 W. 2nd Street, Lind, WA 99341, until 2:00:00p.m., Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project generally consists of the construction of approximately 3,500 feet of 4" DR 18 C-900 water line as well as procurement and installation of a booster pump station and building in the Town of Lind. The purpose of the project is to supply the Cemetery north of Town with irrigation water. The booster pump station is located northwest of the intersection of 8th St. and I St. The alignment of the water line is generally west from the booster pump station to the east side of Neilson Road and then north to the Town of Lind Cemetery. The booster pump station will be connected to the existing 10" main in the 8th St. Right-of-Way. Thirty (30) working days will be allowed to complete the work. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the Town of Lind, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price.
