Jan. 11

Officers responded to the area of South Burress Avenue and West Basin Street for a report of a man driving under the influence. Police also removed a firearm from the vehicle.

Officers responded to the 1100 block of South Baker Street for a report of multiple males fighting at the location.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Third Avenue for a report of a noise complaint, in which a man was yelling at his heating unit.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of South Monroe Street for a report of fraud, in which a resident received an email from someone impersonating a friend, requesting her to purchase $700 worth of eBay gift cards and to send the card information.

Officers responded to the 300 block of South Pioneer Way for a report of a vehicle prowling, in which a wallet was stolen overnight.

Officers responded to the 500 block of North Grape Drive for a report of new spray paint discovered in the old pump yard.

Officers responded to the 900 block of South Ironwood Drive for a report of a suicidal subject. Police put the subject in contact with mental health services, who evaluated them over the phone.

Officers responded to the area of West Broadway Avenue for a report of a road rage incident, in which a driver yelled at the reporting party and made explicit hand gestures before speeding off.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of South Division Street for a report of kids skateboarding on church property.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of North Daniel Street for a report of subjects lurking in a neighbor’s backyard who ran away when police were called.

Officers responded to Broadway Bar and Grill for a report of gang members at the location trying to start a fight with members of a rival gang.

Jan. 12

Officers responded to the 500 block of North Earl Road for a report of an ex-boyfriend of the reporting party that had taken a current boyfriend’s car, claiming he was checking to see if it was okay mechanically, but then never returned.

Officers responded to the 700 block of West Loop Drive for a report of a back window of a vehicle that was broken overnight. The cost to repair the damage was estimated at $1000.

Officers responded to the 900 block of South Evergreen Drive for a report of a subject that had arrived at a residence to pay the reporting party for a knife. At some point, the subject reportedly became aggravated and tried to force his way into the residence to fight the reporting party.

Officers responded to the Moses Lake Post Office for a report of a suspicious person lingering in the lobby and making patrons nervous.

Officers responded to the 600 block of South Division Street for a report of harassment, in which the reporting party had received a letter stating that her cats would be taken to the shelter if she did not keep them inside, due to the sub-freezing temperatures. Officers recommended the cats remain inside.

Officers responded to the Hang Out Tavern for a report of a burglary, in which someone broke into the bar overnight and took money in a bank bag worth approximately $1,100, along with 10 bottles of liquor.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Gary Street for a report of a runaway juvenile.

Officers responded to Samaritan Hospital for a report of a fight between three people.

Jacob Alan Reichert, 26, of Connell, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence.

Amber Dawn Marchand, 31, of Nespelem, was booked on unspecified charges.

Brian Kyle Marchand, 39, of Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Brandon Oneill Pitts, 29, of Wenatchee, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Tanner Ray Parmer, 36, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Jennifer Devoreaux, 31, of Des Moines, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to first-degree reckless burning.

Andriy Gregory Gaponenko, 67, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to a violation of electronic home monitoring.

Brian Allan Speed, 43, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree assault.

Javier Alvarado, 42, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance and first-degree criminal trespass.

Kellie Esther Lewis, 48, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance.

Jan. 14

Anthony Lee Alvarado, 42, of Newport, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of the uniform controlled substances act and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Freddie Lee Cruz, 43, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Victor Leon Solis, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to obstruction of a law enforcement officer and possession of a controlled substance.

Nathaniel David Parker, 26, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession, delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Jose Fabian Sanchez, 24, of Ephrata, was booked on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and second-degree possession of stolen property.
