Feb. 23

Officers responded to Sumo Steakhouse for a report of a subject breaking into a vehicle with a screwdriver. Upon contact, police discovered the individual was the rightful owner of the vehicle, and was just trying to fix ignition problems.

Officers responded to the 900 block of South Balsam Street for a report of a dog that attacked a neighbor’s dog.

Officers responded to Domino’s Pizza for a report of a fraudulent transaction. Upon contact, officers discovered a male was attempting to pick up a pizza that had been paid for with a stolen credit card. However, officers were advised that a friend of the man’s from California had made the purchases.

Officers responded to Tacos El Rey for a report of a bicycle stolen from this location.

Officers responded to Plaza Laundry for a report of a suspicious person selling possibly fake jewelry in the business’ parking lot.

Officers responded to Moses Lake High School for a report of a student found in possession of marijuana.

Officers responded to Serve Moses Lake for a report of a duffel bag found in front of the organization’s offices. Inside, police discovered syringes, drug paraphernalia and stolen ID cards from a previous car prowling case.

Officers responded to Vista Quick Stop for a report of a sexual assault of a homeless woman.

Officers responded to Park Orchard Elementary for a report of a student causing a disturbance.

Officers responded to the 800 block of East Sharon Avenue for a report of two students found smoking marijuana off campus.

Officers responded to the 3700 block of East Broadway Avenue for a report of a number of items stolen, including LED light bars, gas and hydraulic fluid.

Cole Wayne Mack, 19, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Joshua Brian Wilharm, 35, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to driving while under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Amanda Ann Roberts, 25, of Wenatchee, was booked on unspecified charges.

Aaron Matthew Domingo, 34, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft, disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass.

Brody Lynn Coombs, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, third-degree driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.

Exzavior Cortez Reyes, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended, third-degree theft, as well as probation violations stemming from second-degree robbery.
