City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing Community Services of Moses Lake Inc. submitted a petition to the City Council to annex property into the city limits. The City Council accepted the petition as submitted, as well as the modified area as proposed by staff, on January 27, 2020. NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS VALLEY RD/LOOP DR WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until MARCH 18, 2020; 11:00 AM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.
