Officers responded to the 600 block of East Nelson Road for a report of two juveniles found trespassing in an abandoned building, one of which was found in possession of a stolen cell phone.

Ronnie Lee Arnold, 43, of Palisades, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Jose Esquivel Garcia, 40, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to alien in possession of a firearm without a license.

Pedro Maria Landa Duarte, 19, of Warden, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance and making a false statement to a public servant.

Ventura Ozuna, 36, of Othello, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of meth, possession of cocaine or heroin, and possession of a controlled substance.

Zachary Ryan Ray, 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree theft.

Matthew William Devore, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance and interfering with a health care facility.

Hallie Michelle Fjermedal, 19, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation stemming from possession of a controlled substance.

Ruben Sabedra, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked for a probation violation stemming from third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer.
