Officers responded to the 300 block of Grape Drive for a report of a hit-and-run collision in which a vehicle struck a city street sign before driving away. The vehicle was located at a nearby residence.

Franco De Jesus Diaz, 26, of Desert Aire, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree robber and domestic violence violation of a court order.

Dagob Velazquez Salmoran, 40, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of fourth-degree assault.
