Feb. 1

Officers responded to the Studio City Apartments to assist the Washington State Patrol with a traffic stop, during which a sawed-off shotgun was discovered.

Officers responded to Goodwill for a report of a needle discovered in the pocket of a pair of shorts a customer was looking at. The customer discovered the needle when she was poked in the hand.

Officers responded to Sun Splash Car Wash for a report of a brick wall that was vandalized with spray paint.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a homeless person whose phone was stolen by another homeless person.

Officers responded to the Peninsula Boat Launch for a report of a bike abandoned in the water near the boat launch. The bike was logged into police property.

Officers responded to the 2300 block of West Marine Drive for a call from a man who wanted contact information for a facility that could help with his mental health issues. Officers advised no such resources existed in Moses Lake and provided numbers for various crisis lines.

Officers responded to Imperial Inn for a report of a physical domestic violence situation between brothers.

Feb. 2

Officers responded to the area of North Paxson Drive for a report of spray-painted graffiti on a sub station.

Officers responded to the 200 block of West Northshore Drive for a report of signs of an attempted break-in.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of North Buell Drive for a report of neighborhood kids shooting another kid with paintball guns. The paintball guns were taken away by police and parents were notified.

Officers responded to the 1600 block of South Skyline Drive for a report of a dispute between neighbors, in which one assaulted others and made threats to kill.

Officers responded to the 5200 block of Patton Boulevard Northeast for a report of a highly intoxicated subject refusing to leave a business, and then attempting to enter a police vehicle to be near the K9 unit. Subject was arrested.

Officers responded to the Moses Lake Library for a report of a domestic assault.

Officers responded to the 4000 block of Longview Street Northeast for a report of a woman who threw her ex-boyfriend’s bong against a wall, breaking it.

Feb. 3

Officers responded to the 500 block of South Alder Street for a report of an unknown subject who took prescribed medicine from the front door of the residence.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of West Peninsula Drive for a report of a car prowling, in which a tablet was stolen.

Officers responded to the 1200 block of South Boyle Street for a report of a break-in, in which the door was hanging open and a window was broken.

Officers responded to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake House for a report of children smoking marijuana in the basement and throwing clay pigeons at the door.

Officers responded to Ernie’s Truck Stop for a report of an unknown suspect selling fake gold items.

Officers responded to the Interstate Inn to provide a hotel voucher to a woman kicked out of the house by her husband.

Officers responded to the 3700 block of East Broadway Avenue for a report of a car prowling, in which wires to the radio were cut and the clutch was damaged.

Feb. 4

Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Marina Drive for a report of a car prowling, in which a wallet was possibly stolen.

Officers responded to Peninsula Elementary School for a report of a student who refused to come back inside the school, kicked garbage cans and threatened to shoot himself. Police confirmed there were no guns in the household.

Officers responded to the area of West Peninsula Drive for a report of a man claiming he was waved down by a subject wearing a blue bandana and blue sneakers and then was robbed at gunpoint.

Jordan Breanna Walker, 28, of Enumclaw, turned themselves in on a bench warrant, charges unspecified.

Samantha Carol Thompson, 31, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of felony harassment and fourth-degree assault.

Angelica Maria Morales, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of second-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment.

Erika Dee Merritts, 48, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of attempting to elude a police vehicle.

George Walter Lewis, 49, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of a violation of the uniform controlled substances act, as well as outstanding warrants related to resisting arrest, making false statements to a public servant, and possession of a controlled substance.

Mary Darlene Spencer, 45, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to violation of the terms of community custody.

Giovanni Alejandro Garcia, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Jonathan Gonzalez Barajas, 24, of Desert Aire, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to underage consumption of alcohol or marijuana, first-degree driving while license suspended and second-degree driving while license suspended.

Joshua David Main, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on violating the terms of release stemming from second-degree burglary.

Angela Marie Speed, 49, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Terry Bay Low, 47, of Moses Lake, was booked on probation violations stemming from possession of a controlled substance.

Aldercy Ramirez Espinoza, 26, of Spokane, was booked on probation violations stemming from third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer.

Vincent Cecchetti, 57, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to possession of a controlled substance.

Ramiro Delgado-Maciel, 20, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to a violation of the uniform controlled substances act.

John Joseph Koval, 30, of Seattle, was booked on an outstanding warrant, charges unspecified.

Ella Latetia Warrick, 41, of Stanwood, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to second-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, third-degree theft, and fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Justess Ann Marie Ordway, 21, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.

Craig Russell Jungers, 76, of Moses Lake, was booked on a sentencing schedule order related to child molestation and indecent liberties.

Michael Dwayne Stead, 33, of Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to residential burglary and third-degree driving while license suspended.

Heather Elaine Keating, 42, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to a charge of “dangerous drugs.”

Josie Maria Tenhonen, 23, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree theft.

Shyanne Ashley Manjares, 27, of Rock Island, was booked on an outstanding warrant related to third-degree driving while license suspended.
