April 23

Officers responded to the 300 block of South Gumwood Street for a report that the resident, recently released early from prison, had returned home and discovered her credit cards had been used and items were stolen from her house.

Officers responded to the 1000 block of South Eastlake Drive for a report of a mountain bike and gas-powered scooter stolen from this location.

April 24

Officers responded to the 3200 block of West Wapato Drive for a report of graffiti found at this location.

Officers responded to Rite Aid for a report of a man who taken a table on display outside of the store, brought it inside and returned it, claiming to simply not have the receipt.

Officers responded to General Laundry for a report of a woman who entered the bathroom while the business was closed and appeared to have bathed using the sink. Officers located the suspect, who was carrying a large kitchen knife in her bag, and trespassed her from the business.

April 25

Officers responded to the 2100 block of South Beaumont Drive for a report of a vehicle break-in where the suspect had written a disparaging comment in the dust on the dashboard.

Officers responded to Blue Heron Park for a report of a public disturbance. Police located a protest against the current ban on fishing and advised the caller that the protesters were exercising their 1st Amendment rights.

Officers responded to the Crestview Apartments for a report of a 3-year-old toddler found outside by themselves. Police located the parents.

Officers responded to Ernie’s Truck Stop for a report of a wallet stolen from the bathroom counter.

Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a suspect who stole N95 masks, which are in short supply during the pandemic, and left in a red van.

Officers responded to the 800 block of East Hill Avenue for a report of a noisy night-time party. Police advised the occupants to turn down the music and educated them on the stay-at-home order currently in place.

April 26

Officers responded to the 300 block of North Crestview Drive for a report of a man overdosing.

Officers responded to the 1500 block of East Wheeler Road for a report of a dog running at large that bit a child.

Daniel Nunez, 51, of Quincy, was booked on charges of fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

April 26

Victoria Valerie Martinez, 25, of Quincy, was booked on charges of second-degree assault.

Johan Steven Antunez, 18, of Mattawa, was booked on charges of second-degree robbery and second-degree theft.

Carlos Martinez, 20, of Desert Aire, was booked on charges of second-degree robbery and second-degree theft.

April 27

Joshua Bennett Essex, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on charges of violating a no-contact/protection order.

Mark Anthony Hernandez, 58, of San Luis Obispo, was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
