MOSES LAKE — A white four-door Lincoln Town Car accidentally clipped a Toyota Prius and rammed into the brick wall of a law firm in downtown Moses Lake Monday afternoon after its driver mistakenly hit the accelerator instead of the brakes, according to police.

The vehicle was exiting the drive-thru area of the nearby Banner Bank building when the driver hit the wrong pedal and ended up clipping another vehicle, jumping the curb and smacking into the side of the Ries and Kenison Law Firm on the corner of South Division Street and West Fourth Avenue.

There were no apparent injuries, according to police.
