Homeless are neighbors too

In the CBH of June 27, Harold Hochstatter says Jesus asked “who is my neighbor?”

I think Matthew 22:39 states it very clearly: “... thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”

Doesn’t that include homeless neighbors?
