Leavitt set to change plea on Thursday

SPOKANE Former Warden City Council member and substitute teacher Michael Leavitt, who has been accused of two counts of possession of child pornography, has requested a change of plea hearing for Thursday, March 14, at 9:30 a.m., according to the U.S. District Court in Spokane.

Leavitt originally pleaded not guilty at a court hearing in Spokane on Sept. 20, 2018.
