Work includes planing bituminous pavement, HMA, temporary traffic control, curb & gutter, sidewalk ramps, plastic & painted centerline and edge line and other work. Work is scheduled to begin on 09/10/2018 and end approximately 10/26/18. Sanchez confronted Defendants about the nature and condition of the mobile home, and presented facts that it was not the home represented to her. Defendants refuse to return money to Sanchez that she paid them. This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4.28.110 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington.
