A 35-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 21-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of a fight between two students at Moses Lake High School. Charges against both are pending.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 121 N. Stratford Rd. Vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2 in the drive-through.

A man, no age given, was arrested for third-degree theft.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1100 block of South Eastlake Drive. Thieves stole consumer electronics and cosmetics, estimated value $2,000.

Report of theft at a church at 810 S. Evergreen Dr. Thieves stole food, miscellaneous items and about $50 in cash.

A 37-year-old man was cited for improper lane usage, no insurance and no registration.

A juvenile male, no age listed, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect stole a cell phone case, estimated value, $35.

Report of hit and run accident at a business at 404 Third Ave. Driver missed the corner at East Broadway Ave and Pioneer Way, fishtailed and ran into parked vehicles at the business. Driver fled the scene.

A man, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence) after he allegedly broke windows on cars and the apartment building with a shovel.

Report of graffiti on a cable junction box near the intersection of Paxson Drive and West Central Drive.

Report of hit and run accident in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Victim’s car was hit sometime overnight. A suspect and vehicle were located later at a residence on South Division Street.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and obstructing law enforcement.

Report of attempted theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Two female suspects attempted to push out a cart with about $627 in merchandise, but were stopped at the door. They fled the scene.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and Northeast Kinder Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

A juvenile male was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Report of theft from a business at 1201 S. Pioneer Way. Suspect stole food valued at about $2.

Driver fled after being stopped, hitting a person who had been in the vehicle. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for third-degree theft after taking items from a business at 1158 N. Stratford Rd.

A female caller reported that another female assaulted her with a beer bottle.

A man reported that his credit card was stolen from his vehicle and used.

A woman reported that her boyfriend took off in her van.

A man reported that someone broke into his house and left a back window open.

A woman reported that her vehicle had just been stolen.

A tool box was reportedly stolen from outside a residence overnight.

A man reported that he gave a ride to a male who was walking from Ephrata, and the passenger asked him for drugs.

A man reported that his son’s house was broken into during the night.

Mail was reported stolen.

A woman reported a male pounding on doors asking for crystal meth or marijuana.

A man reported his phone stolen while he was moving.

Andres Rocha, 30, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for parole violations.

Donovan Griggs, 35, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Lorena Villanueva Ozuna, 18, Moses Lake, was booked for MIP.

Dec. 8

Beau Owensby, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Danielle Garcia, 19, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Richard Simpson, 56, Tacoma, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree assault.

John Willoughby, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for residential burglary, felony violation of a protection order, a separate charge of violation of a protection order, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Brian Cuevas, no age listed, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Yoban Nunez Diaz, no age listed, Quincy, was booked for violation of a no contact order (domestic violence).

Ethan Reynolds, no age listed, Tacoma, was booked on an outstanding Kitsap County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dale Park, no age listed, Grand Coulee, was booked for residential burglary.

Christine Iukes, no age listed, Nespelem, was booked for residential burglary.
