Dec. 1

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 500 block of North Kentucky Drive. Nothing was stolen.

Report of theft from a residence in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue. Victim said he had a small party in his house the night before, and found his computer was discovered missing in the morning.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 800 block of South Blessing Street. Victim said $25 was taken; other items that had been taken were recovered.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 800 block of South Wilder Street. Victims said both vehicles were broken into and searched. A handgun, described as a black Glock .22, was stolen from one of the cars.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Cascade Avenue and South B Street. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving south on Cascade Avenue, when it hit vehicle 2, which was crossing B Street. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 600 block of West Loop Drive. An unknown male suspect was walking down the road at about 1 a.m., checking the door handles on cars. The suspect stole candy, worth about $3, from one vehicle. Ongoing nightly issue.

Report of theft from a business at 1020 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said they saw two individuals run out of the business carrying merchandise.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1500 block of West Virginia Street. Victim said he walked outside about 3:30 p.m. and saw the door of his vehicle was open, and it had been searched. A small lock box was stolen.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Riviera Avenue and South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 2 was driving north on Pioneer and was hit by vehicle 1, making a left turn to Riviera. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way and no insurance.

A woman, no age given, was arrested for third-degree theft after stealing about $53 in merchandise from a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

A 43-year-old man was arrested after a domestic dispute.

Dec. 2

Report of domestic dispute at a business at 1165 N. Stratford Rd. The subject, a 27-year-old-man, allegedly pulled the victim’s hair and punched her, and drove around the parking lot with the victim hanging out of the car. Witness observed and attempted to intervene, and the subject attempted to hit the witness. The subject was arrested and charged with attempted vehicle assault, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), DUI and hit and run with property damage.

Report of theft from a residence in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast. Two subjects were observed stealing gas from a truck.

Report of theft from a residence in the 300 block of North Dale Road. The house is under construction and tools allegedly were stolen sometime between Nov. 26 and 27.

Report of vehicle theft from a residence in the 2600 block of West Marina Drive. Victim said the truck was stolen sometime overnight. Vehicle is described as a white 4-door Ford F 150.

Report of theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Unknown male suspect allegedly took about $200 in alcohol.

Report of theft from a business at 789 N. Central Drive. Unknown female suspect allegedly stole an estimated $30 in cash from a purse.

Report of mail theft in the 600 block of North Mississippi Drive. The victim’s bank card was used to make purchases.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 934 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 was attempting right turn in front of vehicle 2, which had the right of way.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 700 block of South Hawthorne Drive. Thieves took consumer electronics and jewelry.

A 34-year-old man was arrested on outstanding felony warrants.

Dec. 3

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the drive-through of a business at 825 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2.

Search warrant executed at a motel at 1214 S. Pioneer Way. A 26-year-old man and 23-year-old woman were arrested and charged with possession of heroin and methamphetamines with intent to sell and maintaining a drug house.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident on South Wanapum Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving south on South Wanapum Drive, when he crossed the center line and hit vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI.

Report of vandalism in the 900 block of South Balsam Street. Reporting party said a group of juveniles broke the windows on a car parked at the residence. A car matching the description of a car that left the scene was located and one of its occupants, a juvenile male, no age listed, admitted breaking the windows. He was charged with third-degree malicious mischief. Another juvenile in the car was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of domestic dispute in the 1100 block of South Grand Drive. A 15-year-old girl allegedly scratched her mother in the face and pulled her to the ground by her hair. The girl was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A woman reported that her ex had posted nude pictures of her on the internet.

A man reported that someone, maybe his brother, had taken tools out of his truck.

A woman reported that her house had been broken into.

A man reported that his trailer had been broken into and tools stolen.

A business reported a male on the premises with a stolen credit card.

A woman reported that her son’s ex-girlfriend was at the residence trying to move things in and saying that she “killed her kids for $50.”

Dec. 2

Dirt bikes were reported stolen.

A woman reported that her daughter had a bruise from being hit with a shoe.

A man reported finding a gun safe with the hinges broken off.

A woman reported that her son had stolen two X-boxes.

Dec. 3

A woman reported that her house had been broken into.

A woman reported medications stolen from her vehicle.

A man reported that his ex-brother-in-law’s wife, whom he was allowing to live at his residence, was causing an issue and becoming violent.

A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was not allowing her to get her phone and belongings from their residence.

A man reported someone trespassing on his property and threatening him.

A man reported that his residence had been broken into while he was on vacation.

A man reported seeing a male attacking a couple.

Dec. 4

A man reported that his girlfriend, with whom he had just broken up, was refusing to leave.

A man reported that two vehicles had been broken into.

Nov. 30

Jamie Ulman, 34, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation and an outstanding Adams County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dec. 1

Brett Burton, 49, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree theft.

Cristian Bustos, 22, Soap Lake, was booked for possession of a stolen firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and tampering with evidence.

Jesse Curtiss, 31, no address listed, was booked to serve three days on a Grant County District Court commitment order for second-degree vehicle prowl.

Dec. 2

Merced Quintero Rodriguez, 47, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of a controlled substance and attempted third-degree malicious mischief.

Aaron Alvarado, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Randal Redding, 55, transient, was booked for first-degree assault.

Nicholas Boyd, 28, Othello, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Robert Coppersmith, 63, no address listed, was booked for three GCDC commitment orders, 60 days for DUI, 5 days for second-degree driving with a suspended license and 5 days for driving without required ignition interlock.

William Stump, 27, Quincy, was booked for attempted vehicle assault, DUI, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), reckless endangerment, reckless driving and hit and run with property damage.

Gary Mares, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.

Aric Ames, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Tessa Harvill, 23, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin and furnishing a drug house.

Nicholas Ritchie, 26, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin with intent to sell and furnishing a drug house.

Randahl Lauzier, 40, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Nathan Walsh, 22, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding WDOC warrant for second-degree theft with intent to resell.

Mario Campos Ramos, 48, Othello, was booked for second-degree driving with a suspended license, being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, driving without required ignition interlock, outstanding Chelan County warrants for DUI and second-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Brian Smith, 26, Moses Lake, was booked for attempted possession of controlled substances.

Rigoberto Alajandres, 34, Quincy, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for second degree burglary and harassment, and an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Steven Smith, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for attempted possession of controlled substances and outstanding GCDC warrants for reckless driving and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Casey Helmick, 19, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Deanna Castro, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for violating a no-contact order.

Dec. 4

Tristin Osborne, 26, Moses Lake, was booked for two counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
