Nov. 17

A 35-year-old man was arrested on two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

Report of vehicle prowl sometime overnight in the 2100 block of West Main Street. Thieves stole an estimated $300 in tools and about $50 in gas.

Report of checks and checkbook stolen and checks being cashed at a local bank.

Report of mail theft. Reporting party said she mailed checks in mid-October and recipients haven’t received them.

Report of vandalism to a vehicle parked outside a business at 637 S. Pioneer Way. Two of victim’s tires were slashed while she was in the business.

Report of threats. Suspect was threatening to post personal material on social media if victim didn’t do what he demanded.

Nov. 18

Report of shots fired at a residence at Hill Street and Ashley Way. Victim approached officers, said he had been shot but refused to cooperate with law enforcement. He was transported to Samaritan Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Evidence at the scene indicated people in an unknown vehicle shot at residences at the dead end of Hill Street and Ashley Way, and people in the area returned fire on the car. Shell casings from three different guns collected at the scene.

Report of gas theft at a business at 990 E. Broadway Ave. Gas was stolen from work vehicles at the site.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 1158 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed up and hit vehicle 2, which was turning into the parking lot.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Unknown female forced the business doors open, entered the business, took a pizza and left.

Report of three counterfeit $100 bills used sometime during the day at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants.

A 38-year-old woman was cited for DUI and hit and run.

Nov. 19

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 400 block of North Central Drive. Unknown suspect damaged the house’s lamppost. Estimated damage about $50.

Report of theft from a vehicle in the 900 block of South Garden Drive. Unknown suspects broke into the victim’s vehicle and stole stereo equipment, estimated value $900.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 789 N. Central Dr. Vehicle 1 had left the business parking lot and was driving north in the right lane. Vehicle 2 was driving north in the left lane. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted a U-turn and turned in front of vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 1 was cited for an improper U-turn, third-degree driving with a suspended license and driving without required ignition interlock.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2400 block of West Texas Street. Driver of vehicle 1 crossed the road, hit a mailbox, ran over the curb and hit vehicle 2, which was legally parked. Vehicle 2 rolled about 50 feet; vehicle 1 was stuck in the middle of the road. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited.

Report of pedestrian-vehicle accident with serious injuries in front of a business at 715 S. Pioneer Way. The victim, an 82-year-old man, was driving down South Pioneer Way when a trash bag fell out of his vehicle and the victim got out of his car to pick it up. He was wearing dark clothing and was hit by vehicle 2. He was transported to Samaritan Hospital and later to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.

Report of vehicle prowls in the 500 block of North Florida Drive. Case is still under investigation.

Nov. 17

A fuel trailer was reported stolen.

A wallet was reportedly found in the middle of the road.

A woman reported that her ex-boyfriend was threatening her and her family.

A man reported an ongoing problem with his neighbor’s dog coming after his granddaughter when she gets off the bus.

A man reported receiving a fraudulent phone call purporting to be from Publishers Clearing House.

Two aggressive pit bulls were reported running at large.

Nov. 18

A backhoe was reported stolen during the night.

A woman reported that a male was texting her grandmother threatening to burn down her residence.

A woman reported that her TV had been stolen.

A woman reported that a dog bit her granddaughter.

A woman reported that her boyfriend got in her face and then pushed her.

A man reported that a male knocked on his door then took off on foot when he answered.

Nov. 19

A woman reported cattle in her backyard.

Mailboxes were reported tagged.

A woman reported squatters on her property.

A pressure washer was reported stolen from outside of a residence.

Nov. 20

A man reported that his landlady was inside his residence and would not let him in.

Nov. 18

Noah Martinez, 36, no address listed, was booked into the Grant County Jail for DUI.

Amanda Guin, 37, Ellensburg, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Joshua Tudor, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Douglas County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Gabriel De Leon, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for third-degree theft, an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Adams County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jose Aviles, 37, Denver, Colo., turned himself in on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Marissa Lopez, 29, Warden, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Adams County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robert Gwinn, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.

Jacquelyne Jacobsen, 33, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Salvador Rose, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Emilio Vargas, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant for escape from community custody.

Mikhail Ageyev, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree child molestation, sexual exploitation of a minor, dealing in images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and possession of images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Nov. 19

Zackary Thomas, 25, Grand Coulee, was booked for violation of a no-contact order and making false statements to law enforcement, and on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jonathan Aquino Rivera, 29, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.

Antonio Gonzalez Martinez, 27, Warden, was booked for reckless driving and an outstanding WDOC detention order.

Vanessa Garcia, 21, Coulee City, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for MIP.

Kurtis Tungate, 34, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of heroin and outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree malicious mischief.

Laura Johnson, 39, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for second-degree theft.
