Oct. 23

A dog was reported running at large and jumping on kids at a school.

A business reported that a vehicle had been shot up over the weekend.

A gas can was reported stolen.

A group of adults was reported at a park throwing beer bottles and honking their horn.

A man reported someone outside knocking on his door late at night.

Oct. 24

A woman reported that she was walking down the street and male subjects in blue suits were following her, one of whom pointed a gun at her.

Moses Lake Police Department

Oct. 23

Report of a male stealing $9 worth of items from a convenience store in the 600 block of North Stratford Road. The business requested the male be trespassed from their location when he is contacted again.

Jack in the Box advised one of their employees stole $200 from a cash register. The female suspect admitted to the theft. Charges will be filed against the suspect for third-degree theft.

Report of a dog chasing a mailman in the 200 block of North Dale Road. The dog's owner was advised to keep the dog on their property.

Report of a detachable forklift blade stolen from a work site in the area of West Third Avenue and South Holly Street.

Report of $75 worth of rings stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Sunset Drive.

A hypodermic needle was located in a driveway in the 400 block of North Dale Road and disposed of by police.

Report of two subjects stealing $50 worth of items from Rite Aid and fleeing the scene. One of the two suspects was apprehended by police and taken into custody for a warrant.

A man reported one of his former employees called him and threatened to bring a gun from Seattle to Moses Lake and shoot him.

Grant County Jail

Oct. 20

Nicole Pleinis, 33, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christina Wilson, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Veronica Olveda Guinn, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for possession of methamphetamines and third-degree theft, and outstanding Chelan County warrants for two counts of third-degree theft.

David Thornton, 60, Moses Lake, was booked for attempted theft of a motor vehicle.

Shirley Apodaca, 61, Moses Lake, turned herself on a one-day commitment for DUI.

Nicoh Montemayor, 27, Othello, was booked on an outstanding Franklin County warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Oct. 21

Javier Villanueva Santana, 23, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

David Hernandez, 34, Moses Lake, was booked for obstruction and resisting arrest.

Joshua Nations, 34, Soap Lake, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Paul Balderas Gomez, 57, no address given, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections order.

Dennis Sproul, 54, Wenatchee, was booked on outstanding Chelan County felony warrants.

Oct. 22

Angelette Obendorf, 38, Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

Daniel Tudor, 18, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Juvenile warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Sonya Adame, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Benton County warrant for theft.

Juanita Flores, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Mario Guzman, 32, Royal City, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for first-degree theft and second-degree burglary.

Steven Pesch, 20, Spokane Valley, was booked for DUI and reckless driving.

Isidro Hernandez Ramirez, 36, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Alex Alvizurez, 27, no address listed, was booked an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Dominique Holman, 25, Moses Lake, was booked on a WDOC detention order.

Nathaniel Parker, 24, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for probation violation.

Antonio Venegas Falconer, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order for probation violation.

Joseph Byrd, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Richard Jensen, 21, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for delivery of marijuana.

Karen McIntosh, 50, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for threats to bomb or injure property.

Miguel Abarca Moreno, 45, Royal City, was booked for two counts of second-degree assault, with a firearm.

Leo Dabalos, 50, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Robert Urbina, 45, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Sara Rosenberger, 23, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree rendering criminal assistance.

Joseph Montes, 29, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamines.

Chelsie Yzaguirre, no age listed, Soap Lake, was booked for violating a no-contact order (domestic violence).

Darrell McCarter, 49, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for three counts of violating a no-contact order, two counts of driving without required ignition interlock and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.
