WASHINGTON D.C. — Adm. Karl L. Schultz was relieved as Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard by Adm. Linda L. Fagan during a military change-of-command ceremony presided over by President Joe Biden, Wednesday at Coast Guard Headquarters, according to a Coast Guard press release.
