April 28

Report of attempted burglary at a residence in the 600 block of North Crestview Drive. Unknown suspect attempted entry with a pry bar, but was unsuccessful.

Report of hit and run accident at 800 S. Alder St. Suspect vehicle, reported as a black Mercedes with unknown plate, hit the back of a car and fled the scene.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence). The man allegedly threw a plate at the victim during a domestic dispute, missed the subject but broke the plate.

A 42-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Adams County warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

April 29

Report of harassment via social media.

Report of theft at a residence in the 600 block of North Florida Drive. Reporting party said he was working on the house, left tools inside the locked house, and when he returned the back door was unlocked. Thieves allegedly stole tools, the automatic garage door opener and automatic sprinkler controls.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 1000 block of South Garden Drive. Unknown suspects kicked in a door; damage to the house was about $200, with undetermined items stolen.

A man, no age listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of hit and run accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed out and ran into vehicle 2, which was passing by. The suspect vehicle was located and the driver was cited for hit and run.

April 30

Report of graffiti on a utility box in the 200 block of East Ninth Avenue.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of burglary at a residence in the 1100 block of South Alderwood Drive.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Report of bicycle stolen at Peninsula Elementary. Incident was recorded on video.

Report of a theft from a residence in the 2500 block of West Marina Drive. Unknown suspects cut a cable securing a kayak to the dock. Kayak is described as foot-propelled, green and black, estimated value $1,500.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 150 Stratford Rd. Vehicle 2 was stopped at the traffic light at West Broadway and North Stratford Roads; driver of vehicle 1 didn’t stop and ran into the back of vehicle 2.

A 30-year-old was arrested for possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a firearm, driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamines and an outstanding WDOC warrant, and a 33-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, after a search warrant was served at a residence in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue.

May 1

Report of bike stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of West Lee Street. Bike was described as Trek X01 road bike with 24 speeds, black frame, lights, water bottle holder and blue tape on the handlebars.

Ariel Guerrero, 22, Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Adrian Arredondo Villarreal, no age listed, Othello, was booked on outstanding Adams County warrants for use or delivery of drug paraphernalia and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Lisa Valdez, 40, transient, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

John Gilbert, 57, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and violation of a no-contact order.

Anthony Snider, 28, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Carter Marshall, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree attempted assault (domestic violence).

Peter Flores, no age listed, Ephrata, was booked for second-degree attempted kidnapping and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Hector Perez, 22, Quincy, was booked into the Grant County Jail for driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Kenneth Cole, 58, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Antoinette Quintanilla, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Tomas Quintanilla, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a firearm, driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dawn Price, 34, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Artur Voznyy, 40, Soap Lake, was booked for counterfeiting.

Isaac Espinoza, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

May 1

Nicole Pleinis, 33, no address listed, was booked for possession of methamphetamines.

Daniel Lewis, 27, Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

Elizar Ramos, 39, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamines and an outstanding WDOC warrant.
