Mobile Food Bank coming to Soap Lake

SOAP LAKE — The Second Harvest Mobile Food Bank will be making a stop in Soap Lake from 12-2 p.m. on Thursday to distribute food to families in need.

The mobile food bank will be stopping at Soap Lake First Baptist Church, 322 Division St. S. The event is sponsored by the Soap Lake First Baptist Church, Microsoft, Thrivent Financial Services, the Soap Lake Food Bank, the Soap Lake Senior Center, Opportunities Industrialization Center, NTT Data, Intuit Data Center, Dell/EMC Services and health clinics in Moses Lake and Quincy.

Free produce, perishable food and other groceries will be given to all households that are in need of food assistance. The food bank is open to the public and appointments or documentation are not necessary.
