Jan. 23

Report of disturbance in the 1300 block of North Buell Drive. Reporting party said the victim was assaulted with a baseball bat, but fled the scene because he had an outstanding warrant. Alleged suspect claimed he found the alleged victim attempting to break into his garage and a fight started. He denied using a baseball bat and declined to press charges. Victim could not be located.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1200 block of West Concord Avenue. Victim said she was expecting a package that hadn't arrived; she contacted the delivery company and package had been delivered. Estimated value, $200.

Report of identity theft. Victim said unknown suspect used her identity to rent a vehicle.

Report of graffiti on a shed next to the Larson baseball fields, 514 S. Russell Ave.

Report of vehicle theft. Victim said her son had used her car and EBT card without permission and stolen her tablet. Estimated value of tablet is $200.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 411 East Third Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 was turning left on a green traffic signal and turned into the path of vehicle 2.

Report of theft from a business at 200 East Broadway Ave. Suspect stole makeup worth an undisclosed amount.

A 19-year-old man was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

A man reported that his neighbor’s dogs attacked his pigs.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A woman reported receiving fraudulent phone calls.

A business reported wire stolen.

A man reported that a female drove by his residence and took pictures of it.

Jan. 24

A male caller reported that his brother needed to be removed from his residence. The reporting party said he was at a local business because he was afraid of his brother.

A business in Moses Lake reported a shoplifter trying to leave.

Lisa Falk, 46, Olympia, was booked into the Grant County Jail on outstanding Chelan County warrants for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Cummins, 31, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Ambrosio Mendez Villanueva, 25, George, was booked for first-degree murder.

Julio Alabarran Varona, 25, George, was booked for first-degree murder.

Danielle Cunnington, 35, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamines and solicitation.

Dakota Johnson, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Shawn Entzel, 34, Royal City, was booked on a WDOC order for probation violation.

Augustine Rosas Lozano, 18, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence) and fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jesse Van Winkle, 27, Spokane, was booked for DUI, attempting to elude police, driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Whalawitsa, 19, Grand Coulee, was booked for DUI and an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for possession of marijuana, less than 40 grams.

James Whipps, 28, Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.

Jared Bowie, 28, Burien, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and resisting arrest.

Derek Jones, 35, Port Orchard, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft.

Melissa Garza, 24, Othello, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for criminal solicitation.

William Wilder, 59, Federal Way, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for two counts of DUI.

Thomas Murphy, 35, no address listed, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI and third-degree possession of stolen property.

Lindsay Hall, 22, Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Corey Pittman, 36, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for supplying liquor to minors.

Alexandria Alvarado, 22, Ritzville, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
