Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2000 block of South Beaumont Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into vehicle 2, which was parked.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 600 block of South Alder Street. Sections of a stereo system and a car battery were stolen from the trunk, estimated value $300.

Report of check fraud. Victim said the suspect paid for a vehicle and utility bills with a $6,400 check that turned out to be fraudulent.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 960 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 was driving through the parking lot when vehicle 2 backed out.

Report of hit and run accident at the intersection of East Fifth Avenue and South Alder Street. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 collided, and driver of vehicle 1 fled the scene.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

April 15

A 38-year-old man was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 46-year-old woman was arrested for DUI. Her vehicle was towed.

Report of damage to a gas pump at a business at 1803 East Kittelson Rd. Reporting party said he forgot to remove the nozzle from his vehicle before driving away.

Report of three-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Broadway and West Third avenues. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2, which was pushed into vehicle 3. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too close.

A 20-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly went through a self-checkout at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd., but didn't ring up about $360 in merchandise.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of East Terrace Avenue. Reporting party said the suspect had helped her husband fix the vehicle, then left in it and didn't return.

Report of vehicle prowl at Northeast Wheeler Road and Northeast N Road. The driver's side window was broken, and the victim said the thieves stole consumer electronics, estimated value $140.

A 28-year-old woman was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop. Her passenger, a 35-year-old man, also was arrested for DWLS third degree.

A 19-year-old man was stopped and cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license, was advised not to drive and was observed driving minutes later. He was cited on a new DWLS third charge and his vehicle was towed.

April 16

A 39-year-old man was arrested for burglary and fourth-degree assault after an incident at a motel at 905 West Broadway Ave.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Unidentified female suspect attempted to steal two vacuum cleaners, was caught, but came back later and allegedly was successful in stealing them.

A juvenile, age not given, was cited for theft after attempting to steal about $50 in merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft at a residence in the 3100 block of West Wapato Drive. Victim said someone had entered her house and stolen undetermined items.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Female suspect allegedly failed to scan an estimated $200 in merchandise at the self-checkout.

A woman reported that her landlord was trespassing and harassing her.

A woman reported that her son had come home and was causing issues.

A woman reported her property had been tagged.

A man reported that a male was speeding down the street and almost hit the reporting party’s child.

A female caller reported that her boyfriend punched her in the face and the back of the head.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A gun was reported stolen.

A wallet was reportedly found in the road with drugs in it.

A woman reported that her daughter and son-in-law stole $400 from her.

A female caller reported that someone was trying to break into her house.

Ulises Avalos, 20, Warden, was booked for second-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI.

Cameron Wickizer, 27, Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jasmine Holman, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for felony issuing of bad checks, issuing bad checks and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Derek Hamilton, 36, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI.

Phillip Osborne, 28, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
