NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS LARSON WATER METER PROJECT - 2016 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until SEPTEMBER 7, 2016; 10:00 AM, for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.
