MOSES LAKE - Two people suffered stab wounds during a fight in a Moses Lake neighborhood Friday afternoon.

Police responded just after noon to a report of a disturbance between two people in the 9800 block of Olympic Drive Northeast. A witness initially indicated the disturbance was a fight but found one of the victims had several lacerations from a knife, according to the Moses Lake Police Department.

Both people involved fled the scene before police arrived. The identity of the two victims was not released Friday as police were still piecing together the incident. It is believed the two are related.

One victim reportedly suffered lacerations to his arm and hand. A witness also told police the victim had also sustained a head wound.
